overview: Schneider is seeking a Director of Truck Driver Training in
Green Bay to lead the development and delivery of Schneider\'s driver
training program. The Director of Truck Driver Training will develop
strategies around the staffing of driver training academies and the
curriculums for training. Responsibilities: Provide leadership, coaching
and mentoring to a group of driver training leaders. Communicate
results, updates and changes impacting the driver training program to
senior leadership teams. Collaborate with internal teams, including
operations, safety and learning and development, to make curriculum
changes. Audit training programs to ensure content is aligned with
safety standards and the needs of the business. Lead the development of
new training materials. Initiate activities to improve the training
process. Oversee the startup of new training academies. Communicate
Schneider\'s training policies and procedures in court depositions and
trials as needed. Skills and qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in a
relevant field. Master\'s degree preferred. A minimum of 8 years of
leadership experience in the transportation industry. Strong written and
verbal communication skills. Outstanding leadership skills. Able to
