Foods Group, LLC has an opportunity for an ERP Project Core Team
Member - Accounting at our Green Bay ERP Team location in Green Bay, WI.
Summary: The ERP core team is responsible of leading the technical,
process and cultural changes required to transform American Foods Group
to a modern enterprise. This is a leadership role that will be supported
by multiple subject matter experts from across the company for any given
process. This is a temporary project-based position. At the completion
of the project team members will be given first consideration at
re-entry to functional roles within the business. Essential Functions
and Responsibilities: Define and document detailed process flows for the
functional area. The core team member will be the primary owner of this
process with support from additional extended team members. Participate
in functional reviews of other subject areas to validate the system
integrates properly. Identify and communicate issues and functionality
gaps. Work to resolve issue conflicts and escalation. Participate in
Steering Committee meetings as needed. Develop test criteria and assist
with test script development. Perform integration testing and validate
results. Assist in developing job aid and process documentation. Assist
in Change Management (communications, training, awareness). Train on the
new system to expert level. Define reporting requirements. Initiate
change requests. Ensure regression testing is complete and validate
results. Perform acceptance testing and provide go/no-go signoff for
functional area. Provide go-live support for functional area acting as a
point of contact and first line of escalation. Act as a resource for
backfilled personnel to provide continuity to the business. NOTE: this

Qualifications (Required): Must be 18 years of age or older. Must be
able to work in the United States without sponsorship. Minimum of 3+
years\' experience in the field or related area. Knowledge, Skills, and
Abilities: Domain expertise in given process area. Understanding of
American Foods Group culture. Excellent written and verbal communication
skills. Process improvement mindset. Ability to work as a member of a
team. Strong leadership and critical thinking abilities. Basic
proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (e.g., Word, Excel,
