Power Only division is seeking a Logistics Broker in Green Bay, WI to
establish and grow a strong book of business by sourcing carrier
capacity, negotiating rates to generate revenue growth and ensuring our
customers\' freight is delivered on time. Responsibilities: Seek new
business opportunities by prospecting new carriers and strengthening
relationships with current ones through negotiating rates and closing
deals in an open transactional selling environment. Embrace the
fast-paced work environment and take ownership of the freight by
thinking critically and making quick decisions to manage freight pick up
and ensure on time delivery. Collaborate with winning teams across the
organization and maintain an ongoing trailer pool balance in each market
to ensure customer satisfaction. Promote our state-of-the-art technology
by coaching carriers on how to use our digital tools to fulfill their
business initiatives. Skills and qualifications: Can manage multiple
priorities while working with minimal direction. Have outstanding
communication skills and strong attention to detail. Excited to sell
digital solutions to carriers and show them how using our
