SUMMARY: The Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor provides leadership
relating to maintenance and technical services of the physical building,
grounds, and production equipment to drive safe, error free, cost
effective and highly productive utilization of assets.They also oversee
maintenance warehouse and inventory operations.Leads and directs
associates by managing performance, scheduling assignments, giving
instructions, and providing feedback and leadership to achieve flawless

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS a) This Position requires: 1. Minimum 3
years supervisory experience. 2. Minimum 3 to 5 years\' experience in an
industrial maintenance role. 3. Previous maintenance experience in the
printing industry preferred. 4. Demonstrated ability to lead a technical
team in a fast paced, 24-hour manufacturing environment. 5. Strong
working knowledge of manufacturing-oriented equipment heavily focused on
the mechanical aspect. Knowledge of printing presses and associated
auxiliaries preferred. 6. Good working knowledge of parts management. 7.
Good working knowledge of building systems and property management. 8.
