Job Title: CNC Machinist
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist with experience in cradle-to-grave machining to join our team. As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC mills and lathes, machining parts with tight tolerances, performing first article inspections, and managing machine changeovers.
Responsibilities
Set up CNC machines, including mills and lathes
Operate CNC mills and CNC lathes
Machine parts with tight tolerances
Perform first article inspections using micrometers and calipers
Handle machine changeovers and tool adjustments
Create fixtures for parts and perform quality checks
Order parts from quality control and manage job orders
Run and monitor the entire machining process
Essential Skills
Experience with CNC lathes and mills
Proficiency in CNC machine setup and operation
Ability to read and interpret blueprints
Experience with 2-4 axis machines
Skill in using micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other measuring tools
Knowledge of CNC programming (G-code and M-code)
Experience in performing first article inspections
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50336.00 - $57200.00/yr.
