navigating parenting challenges and understanding child development to
reaching personal goals like graduating college or gaining employment.
Healthy Families is an intensive and culturally humble parenting support
program that provides in-home coaching and support to first time
pregnant and parenting youth aged 23 & under and their babies. Our
approach is parent-led, inclusive, strength-based and trauma-informed.
Home Visitors provide intensive family support by meeting regularly with
participants, completing assessments, developing goal plans, providing
referrals and educating parents on child development & positive
parenting. We are seeking an organized, compassionate and reflective
person to join the Franklin County team. Experience serving families
with infants and toddlers and working with diverse populations required.

reliable transportation required. Extensive web-based and paper
documentation. Must be able to work independently, be flexible with
schedule & demonstrate excellent problem-solving. Minimum of H.S.
diploma or equivalent. Previous experience with home-visiting or
parenting a plus! Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) required and language
