**[Imaging Project Manager
[Midwest Maintenance and Construction, Inc. is looking for a results-driven, organized individual to fill our Imaging Project Manager position. Midwest Maintenance and Construction, Inc. is a 30-year-old, family-owned company that specializes in providing various services for the petroleum/ gas station/ convenience store industry, to include Service, Lighting, Maintenance, Construction, and Imaging (the branding/re-branding of gas stations and convenience stores). Previous project management experience is preferred, but not necessary.

- Providing excellent customer service to our customers
- Managing various signage and branding projects from beginning to end
- Travelling to locations to gather all necessary information/photos
- Preparing quotes for various signage and branding projects
- Discussing projects with various government entities and municipalities in order to pull all necessary permits
- Attending in-person Variance and Architectural Review Board meetings (potentially outside of typical work hours) as needed
- Working with outside vendors to order and obtain the materials necessary to complete a project
- Providing customers with updates as needed via phone and/or email
- Working closely with other Midwest Maintenance employees/technicians and outside subcontractors to complete projects
- Operating a forklift to load out Midwest Maintenance employees/ technicians with materials necessary to complete a project
- Ensuring the projects are completed to customers specifications by reviewing completion photos and/or visiting the jobsite
- Working with Office Manager/Office Personnel to prepare final invoices and gather/prepare other necessary documents in order to close out a project
- Organizing, planning, and prioritizing multiple projects at any given time
- Interacting with Midwest Maintenance employees/technicians via Microsoft Teams throughout the day to ensure jobs are being completed effectively and efficiently
- Communicating with Supervisors/ fellow Midwest Maintenance employees as needed
