The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly experienced and technically adept Senior Accounting
Programs Manager to join our organization. The Senior Accounting Programs and
Process Manager will be responsible for leading, developing and implementing
departmental initiatives and strategies to ensure successful adoption of
financial programs, systems and processes. As a key member of our team,
the candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to manage
projects, create process and assess impacts on F&A people, processes,
and technology. This role requires strategic thinking with the ability to
understand execution.
What You'll Do
Develop and implement program strategies to support departmental /
organizational changes and align financial systems, processes, and reporting.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify the impact of program
changes on people, processes, and systems.
Facilitate meetings and workshops in support of program and process
initiatives.
Ensure alignment of program and process initiatives with departmental /
organizational goals.
Monitor and report on the progress of program development, changes and
change management initiatives.
Develop project plans outlining tasks, timelines, milestones, and
resource requirements for F&A initiatives.
Define project scope, goals, prioritization, and deliverables for F&A
initiatives.
Communicate project status, updates, and key milestones to stakeholders at
various levels
Lead M&A activities for F&A
What We Expect from You
Bachelor's degree in accounting, business administration, project
management, or related field
At least 15 years of experience in accounting or project management
preferred, with a focus on leading program development and changes in
complex organizations.
Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with
cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
Strong understanding of strategy and project management methodologies and
tools.
Experience in facilitating meetings and workshops.
Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations and resistance to change.
Experience in coaching and developing leaders and teams.
M&A experience preferred
Must have authorization to work permanently in the U.S.

Additional Opportunity Details:
Compensation Range is Generally +/- 15% of Position Mid-Point of $147,500
* The salary displayed represents the middle of a range. Factors that may be
used to determine your actual salary include your job specific skills,
education, training, job location, number of years of experience related
to this role and comparison to other employees already in this role
