What you’ll do
Inventory management (status change, damages, non-conformities, etc), daily Warehouse activities in Oracle WMS and perform daily and yearly cycle count and comply with corporate policies
Support Receiving and Expediting materials, support Work Order Management and ad hoc requests for continuous manufacturing
Support supply of materials for clean room and ongoing production, manage all documentations and labelling according our ISO 13485 standards
Packing of semi FG and Finished Goods, support activities and stock management around sub-suppliers and components cleaning and running and reorganizing the work and storage space at the site when needed: ensuring efficient and safe space utilization
Ensuring effective and safe use of warehouse equipment. Maintaining standards of health and safety.
Ad hoc requests in relationship to supply chain activities
Who you are:
Proven work experience in Warehouse Management, CFC diploma or equivalent can be a plus
Shown ability to implement process improvement initiatives
Experience in working in an international environment and Medical Device is a plus
Fluent in French, English is a plus
Rigorous and Autonomy, Customer oriented and Quality centric minded
Excellent communication skills
Forklift driving license preferred Ready to work in 2 shifts alternating every week
