DescriptionEmploybridge - America's largest specialty staffing supplier - is now hiring in Griffin, GA! Our ResourceMFG division is looking for a Staff Performance Manager to fill an immediate opening.The Staff Performance Manager will be based at our client's distribution center and will help oversee our staffing program for this key customer. The On-Site Manager will wear multiple hats and be responsible for onboarding and managing the employment of our field associates, maintaining proper staffing levels, and ensuring high levels of service delivery for this client.Primary duties for the Staff Performance Manager will include:Nurturing, building, and maintaining strong relationships with our client partnerPersonifying our organization at the client work siteOnboarding hourly production/warehouse employeesManaging all aspects of field employee employment at the siteActing as liaison between our client and local branchAssisting with recruiting as neededDeveloping creative, proactive solutions to staffing and performance challengesFostering an environment of teamwork and cooperation and a culture of workplace safetyRequirements for this Staff Performance Manager role include:At least 2 years of related staffing experienceExceptional customer service skillsStrong relationship-building and interpersonal communication skillsStrong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office/Outlook and the ability to learn new systemsHigh levels of motivation and self-directionAbility to work after hours and on weekends when requiredAbility to walk the facility floor frequently throughout a shiftFlexibility to check in on 2nd shift occasionallyEmployBridge is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
