Responsibilities * Develops creative and graphic concepts that can be successfully measured against creative brief * Executes projects from concept to mock ups * Takes graphic concepts from initial exploration through development and refinement to final art * Solves challenges through strategically insightful and creative design executed at a world class level * Able to manage multiple concurrent deadlines * Understand brand standards and style guides * Interacts regularly with Creative Director and team members as needed for the completion of assigned projects Requirements * Bachelor's degree in visual communications, graphic design or art school degree * Impressive portfolio that shows the understanding and interpretation of brands * Minimum of 4 years of experience * Agency experience is a must * Retail experience is a huge plus * Excellent computer skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, In-Design and PowerPoint) * Ability to effectively communicate concepts and ideas to others through written, drawn and verbal means * Seeks out and responds well to feedback and art direction * Good listening skills * Ability to follow though on written or verbal direction * Ability to work independently or with little supervision * Client contact and follow through * Experience with working with various vendors and securing cost estimates JLL Is an Equal Opportunity Employer JLL is committed to developing and maintaining a diverse workforce.
