Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer with 5 to 8 years of experience specializing in React JS. This hybrid role requires a professional who can work effectively in a day shift. The ideal candidate will contribute to our innovative projects enhancing our software solutions and positively impacting our companys goals.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain web applications using React JS to ensure high performance and responsiveness.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features.
Write clean maintainable and efficient code to enhance the functionality of our software products.
Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance and resolve issues.
Implement unit tests to ensure the reliability and stability of the codebase.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to incorporate them into the development process.
Participate in agile development processes including sprint planning daily stand-ups and retrospectives.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers to foster their growth.
Work closely with UX/UI designers to implement user-friendly interfaces.
Ensure the scalability and security of web applications through proper design and architecture.
Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and other services.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools.
Qualifications
Possess a Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in software development with a focus on React JS.
Demonstrate strong proficiency in JavaScript HTML and CSS.
Show experience with version control systems like Git.
Exhibit knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services.
Have excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Display strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Nice to have experience with other front-end frameworks like Angular or Vue.js.
Nice to have familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
