2024 Account Services Management and Data Analysis Intern

It’s a hugely varied field of work. Processes range from incident management to change management, from configuration management to customer management. The team makes sure disputes and technical issues are resolved. We also provide excellent communication to the customer around every activity – from the tactical to the strategic.

What you’ll achieve
As an Intern Undergraduate, you will support account service management and daily data management. You will work with cross function team to provide account service and support our customers.

•Work with the team on service report optimization and data management.
•Assist on overflow tasks
•Participate in special projects as needed
