QUALITY CONSULTING GROUP, a leader in the pharmaceutical, biotech, medical devices, and manufacturing industry, is looking for a talented, highly motivated and enthusiastic to join our team. In this role, you’ll work with a highly enthusiastic team, contributing in a world-class manufacturing industry in Puerto Rico.
Responsibilities:
Recruit, interview, and facilitate the hiring of qualified job applicants for all open positions.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand the needs of their department and any required job openings.
Schedule and coordinate pre-employment drug tests and background verification.
Create new-hire onboarding programs and deliver compelling new-hire orientations.
Determine selection criteria for candidates by liaising with managers and other members of staff.
Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks.
Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position.
Identify and refine down the most suitable talent from available candidates
Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related area
3 to 5 years of experience in recruitment for IT, Pharmaceutical and Medical device industries.
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and administrative tools
Experience with Vendor Management Systems (Fieldglass, Beeline and VNDLY)
Able to read, write and speak English and Spanish fluently
Proven expertise with complex and high-volume scheduling
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail
Experienced user of Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Capability to interact with people across all levels of business with a high, customer service orientation and a focus on building high quality relationships
Expertise within recruiting tools and technologies
Capability to manage and prioritize a high volume of requests in a fast-paced environment and provide remote support
Experience within Human Resources preferred
Available for administrative shift (8am to 5pm)
Able to work remotely
