Job Description
• Develop cross functional project team and lead team for the project
• Builds alignment of project plan with cross functional team and manage projects.
• Analyze Profit and Loss of the project for NPD(New Product Development).
• Report projects to PAC(Project Approval Committee) and get PAC approval for NPD.
• Conduct project lifecycle management.
Work Description
Make project plans and manage project schedule
Manage open issues during NPD (New Project Development)
Collect quotation from CFT (Cross Functional Team)
Analyze Profit and Loss for NPD
Improve project margin based on financial target
Support existing business (Capacity Increase, cost analysis so on)
Report project to PAC and request PAC’s approval for business start
Lead follow up actions after PAC
Build project team (Cross Functional Team)
Qualifications

•Knowledge Electrical & Electronics and mechanical engineering
