Condominium Superintendent
-Perform day to day operations on the buildings mechanical systems domestic hot boiler for heat air conditioning, etc.
-Clean Laundry rooms daily. Make sure the machines are working at all times and clean.
-Ensure entry doors are locked and function at all times.
-Make Minor repairs in common areas. Will notify the office of plumbing or electrical repairs are needed.
-Plumbing repairs will be limited to the wall and not inside the wall. Clear stopped drains with snakes. repair toilets repair or replace faucets, faucet seats and washers
-Superintendent will provide own hand tools.
-Maintain a record of all repairs to apartments common areas.
-Order or purchase supplies as needed only using vendors who are approved by management.
-Supervise all contractors. Ensure that all building trades, like, mechanical
electrical, landscaping, etc. perform their work in a safe, professional manner.
-Develop and maintain relations with residents in a professional and satisfactory manner.
-Maintain neat a neat garbage area at all times. Collect newspapers and recycling from collection areas and put it according to schedule daily.
Other duties as required by management.
The superintendent must have a care available and a valid NJ Driver's License.
Positions comes with an apartment.
