Billing Department Supervisor opportunity in beautiful Hamilton, Montana!!
Bitterroot Health is seeking candidates to fill a Billing Department Supervisor position in our Patient Financial Services department. The Billing Department Supervisor is responsible for the overall function and success of the insurance billing process for the hospital and clinics, including handling patient complaints regarding billing. Qualified candidates must have the ability to work closely and effectively with all hospital departments, clinics, insurance companies, federal agencies, and third-party payers to ensure accurate and timely billing of all claims.
Minimum Qualifications:
High School graduate or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
Three years medical billing experience required.
Demonstrates the ability to work independently, prioritize and communicate with other departments ensuring the most effective Revenue Cycle process possible.
Supervisory experience preferred.
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week
