Salary: $56,100/year Available Schedules: 12:30 pm - 10:00 pm 8:30 pm - 6:00 am As an Inventory Control Supervisor, Your Responsibilities Will Include: Training and evaluating the labor crew to foster skill development. Scheduling and managing the inventory control (IC) team. Assigning daily tasks and ensuring compliance with procedures. Verifying and maintaining accurate product specifications and inventory records. Enforcing plant SOPs, GMPs, and material handling rules. Coordinating material delivery changes with production management. Conducting safety and training meetings. Monitoring equipment performance and reporting defects. Communicating with relevant departments to resolve material issues. Addressing labor and inventory discrepancies professionally. Maintaining organized materials storage areas. Coordinating zone cleaning schedules with sanitation and warehouse departments. Promoting daily safety practices. Qualifications: Prior direct experience in a similar role.
