We are seeking a Manufacturing IT Leader to drive process improvement and operational efficiency by leveraging QAD and Infor XA ERP solutions within two newly established lines of business. This role will focus on optimizing and enhancing manufacturing, supply chain, and financial processes while ensuring ERP system reliability, integration, and alignment with overall business objectives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in manufacturing ERP management, process improvement, and digital transformation to support scalable and efficient operations.
In addition to leading ERP strategy for the new business lines, this role will oversee several smaller ERP solutions acquired through recent acquisitions. These systems will be phased out over time, and responsibilities will include managing relationships with third-party managed service providers (MSPs), ensuring service quality, and optimizing costs to maintain business continuity until migration to standardized ERP platforms is complete. This is a critical leadership role that requires a strategic mindset, hands-on ERP expertise, and a strong ability to drive change in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Process Optimization & Digital Transformation
* Analyze and improve manufacturing, supply chain, and financial processes through ERP-driven solutions.
* Identify inefficiencies and implement automation, standardization, and best practices to enhance productivity.
* Work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, reduce waste, and improve operational agility.
* Drive data-driven decision-making by optimizing ERP reporting, analytics, and dashboards.

ERP Strategy & Optimization
* Oversee the daily operations, enhancement, and governance of QAD and Infor XA systems.

* Develop and enforce ERP usage standards, data governance policies, and reporting frameworks.
* Ensure system reliability, security, and compliance with industry regulations.
Vendor & Stakeholder Management
* Manage relationships with ERP vendors, consultants, and third-party support providers.
