Insight Global is seeking a program manager to support a government funded contract in Hampton Roads, Virginia. This individual will serve as the primary interface to customers for assigned tasks and provide leadership and management to staff and supporting activities. Responsibilities:

 Communicating effectively and responding to dynamic Government requirements.

 Management of contractor resources, staff recruiting and development, and adherence to schedule.

 Management of subcontractors and consultants on assigned tasks.

 Development of task plans and risk management.

 Communicating effectively with customers and ensuring high contractor performance.

 Support corporate initiatives and process improvement efforts across multiple contracts.

Skills and Requirements

Requirements:

 Bachelors degree in a technical field. Additional education, training, or certification in management, leadership, or project management such as advanced degree or PMP certification highly desirable.

 Ten (10) plus years of relevant experience as a program manager supporting government contracts amounting in $80-100M in annual revenue.

 Twelve (12) years of experience planning and leading complex, multidisciplinary programs, including building and maintaining technical collaborations.

 Ten (10) years of experience managing an organization of 150 or more technical professionals and support staff.

 Excellent written and oral presentation skills.

 Effective management of priorities.

 Able to communicate effectively with customers. null
