The Global Selling team in China is responsible for recruiting local business sellers to sell on Amazon’s overseas stores, and supporting local Sellers’ success and growth on the Amazon. Our vision is to be the first choice for all types of Chinese business to go globally. Amazon is growing its Amazon Paid Service strategy aggressively around the world, and we are looking for a passionate, innovative and results-driven leader to build and develop a strong team of Account Managers (AM) to support China-based Sellers who enroll in Amazon Paid Services to maximize their presence and business in Amazon WW marketplace. This role will collaborate with Seller recruitment team, product team and destination marketplace team to manage enrolled Sellers’ end-to-end journey on Amazon and grow Sellers’ businesses globally.

Lead team to expand paid program seller pool, engage in-service sellers ,support paid sellers' business growth on Amazon and delight Amazon’s WW end consumers.
Keep fine tuning working process, improving team productivity and efficiency by inventing and simplifying.
Hire and develop a talent team. Earn trust with team members, support people career develops via business growth.
Become a thought leader in defining success criteria along with understanding business needs of large sellers in an ever-changing business environment.
Contribute to Amazon paid service program with insight and support for business strategy design. Generate seller insight into AMZ, support internal biz/program upgrade
Manage all aspects of the client relationship for highest standard of seller experience.
