Hands-on IT Manager sought to lead and contribute technically to Creares busy IT department to support a high-tech engineering and administrative environment. Management duties include: preparing and managing the department budget; soliciting input from and reporting to company ownership; planning for the department future including the direction of technology usage and cyber-security compliance; and managing the workload, training, and supervision of the department members. Technical duties include: network and system administration and troubleshooting; PC technical support (hardware and software installations, workstation set-up, network hook-up, PC and peripheral repairs, troubleshooting); and providing internal user assistance.
