We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Laborer for a manufacturing company in Harleysville, PA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various tasks in a manufacturing environment, contributing to the production process and ensuring high-quality standards are met. This role requires a strong attention to detail, the ability to work collaboratively, and a commitment to safety and efficiency. This job is 2nd shift Monday-Friday 2pm-10pm.

Duties

• Operate and maintain machinery.
• Assemble components according to specifications and blueprints.
• Utilize precision measuring instruments to ensure accuracy in production.
• Perform machining tasks as needed, applying basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals while adhering to safety protocols.
• Conduct routine inspections of equipment and report any issues or malfunctions.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience with machining processes is a plus.
• Strong understanding of precision measuring instruments.
• Basic math skills are essential for accurate measurements and calculations.
