Aston Carter Administrative Assistant in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania

Description:

The Administrative Assistant will report to the General Manager. This position will work closely with the GM and 3rd party accounting to ensure service is of the highest quality, including answering phone calls, online reviews, and emails.

Job Duties:

  • Assisting manager with procurement, RMA returns, and shipping as needed.

  • Utilizing multiple dashboards for merchants, POS systems, and manufacturers to aid in alerting GM to any breakdowns or faults of equipment.

  • Receiving work requests from manager and accounting.

  • Maintaining knowledge of all products and services.

  • Assisting with documentation of workflow and work procedures.

  • Helping GM with filing and organization of service tickets, procurement and RMA’s or any documentation.

  • Assisting accounting by keeping accurate files of banking statements, bills to be paid, merchant statements, and any business-related incoming material.

  • Making sure every customer call gets answered and solve to the bet of his/her ability.

  • Reconciliation of credit card receipts and bank statements

  • Working with in-house third-party accounting to collect expense reports from GM, techs for reconciliation.

  • Dealing directly with the customers via phone email or social media.

  • Maintaining all social media requests and responses.

Schedule:

  • Monday - Friday

  • 8:00am - 4:00pm

  • open to less hours if requested

  • potential hybrid schedule in the future

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office required: Word, Excel, Outlook, and QuickBooks

  • 2+ years experience as an administrative assistant

Experience Level:

  • Intermediate Level
