DESCRIPTION OF WORK The Customer Success Manager is responsible for coordinating the efforts of the Network and Security Operations sections, architecture staff, and other areas of OIT with agency stakeholders. Building and maintaining effective working relationships is essential. This position is responsible for establishing an efficient and productive team atmosphere where the incumbent can efficiently prioritize and coordinate team efforts. The manager also represents the organization's services including but not limited to core infrastructure, site connectivity, firewalls, and VPN to ensure services are fit for use. Work Schedule and Additional Information: Full-time employment Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with 60-minute lunch. Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time up to 2 days per week. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. Salary:In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements: Ten years of professional information technology experience; or

Six years of professional information technology experience and a bachelor's degree; or An equivalent combination of experience and training.

Additional Requirements: You must possess a minimum of 5 years total technical experience in network or security operations technology fields, in a corporate environment, with a minimum of two 2 years of experience supporting Network or security operations solutions. You must be able to perform essential job functions.

Preferred Qualifications (not required):

Experience in training and user support for Network and Security operations.

Legal Requirements: The selected candidate for this position must undergo a fingerprint-based records check to be in compliance with the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Criminal Justice Information Services Division (CJIS).
