DESCRIPTION OF WORK As a member of the enteric disease team, your primary role will involve conducting phone interviews with patients. These interviews will be conducted regularly as part of routine patient follow-ups, as well as during disease outbreaks. In addition to patient interviews, you will also be responsible for managing the database related to enteric diseases. Furthermore, there may be opportunities for you to contribute to special projects based on your availability and interest.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:

Internship, works 15 to 20-hours per week (20 is the maximum). Work hours are irregular, Monday to Friday. Some remote work during evenings and weekends is required. Some ground travel is recommended, but not required. Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. You will receive further communication regarding this position via email. QUALIFICATIONSInternship Requirements:

Current full-time enrollment in a bachelor's degree program or higher. Good academic standing (as defined by a GPA of 2.0 or higher). Pennsylvania residency or enrollment at a Pennsylvania college or university. Preferred Qualifications (not required): Masters degree or higher. Additional Requirements:

You must possess a valid driver's license that is not under suspension. You must be able to perform essential job functions.
