Job Title: Quality Technician
Job Description
As a Quality Technician, you will perform a variety of tests on raw ingredients, including microbiological, physical, chemical, and organoleptic testing. Your responsibilities will include conducting detailed testing for butterfat, total solids, standard plate counts, total coliform counts, homogenization efficiency, and titratable acidity on raw milk, cream, and recycled milk products. This role requires working independently on the second shift, typically starting at 2:30 PM until completion around 11 PM to midnight, totaling approximately 50-60 hours per week.
Hard Skills
Experience in microbiological, physical, chemical, and organoleptic testing
Ability to conduct detailed testing on dairy products

Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.
Work Environment
