Work you'll do/Responsibilities
Investigate and resolve intricate technical issues related to integrations between UKG WFM and other applications (e.g., HRIS, payroll, timekeeping systems)
Serve as a subject matter expert for WFM integrations, offering insights and solutions for both internal teams and external clients
Manage escalated support tickets from Tier 1 and Tier 2 teams, ensuring timely resolution, thorough documentation, and quality control of solutions
Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of integration processes, ensuring data accuracy and integrity across systems
Work closely with IT, HR, and other departments to design and implement effective integration solutions that meet organizational needs
Provide training and mentorship to Tier 1 and Tier 2 support staff, enhancing their technical skills and product knowledge regarding integrations
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including integration guides, troubleshooting procedures, and best practices
Identify opportunities for process enhancements and work with management to implement changes that optimize integration workflows and improve user experience

Qualifications Required
3+ years of experience in UKG WFM integrations, including APIs, data mapping, and middleware solutions
Must live in a commutable distance (approximately 100-mile radius) to one of the following Delivery locations: Lake Mary, FL or Mechanicsburg, PA with the ability to commute to assigned location for the day, without the need for overnight accommodations
Expectation to co-locate in your designated Delivery location up to 30% of the time based on business needs. This may include a maximum of 10% overnight client/project travel
Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. This may include overnight travel
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Bachelor's Degree
Certified in UKG Workforce Central 8.1 and UKG Pro WFM
