Hours: 8:00AM-430PM, 8:15AM-4:45PM, 8:45AM-5:15PM

· 1+ years of Medical administration experience (Medical Receptionist, Patient Registration, Insurance Verification, Patient Intake, Medical Scheduler etc.)

· Experience with patient registration and medical scheduling

· Customer service experience in a high-volume and/or call center setting

· Knowledge in Medical Terminology

· Covid-19 Vaccine and Booster is a must – required to show documentation

Additional Qualifications/Skills:

· EPIC Experience Preferred

· Bilingual Spanish is a plus!

Job Overview:

The position is an inbound and outbound call center role. The primary role of the Patient Access Liaison 2 is to respond to incoming correspondence from patients, caregivers, healthcare providers, and beyond, in accordance with patient privacy and safety standards, with the primary goal of scheduling office visits and handling related inquiries.

v The Access Center is committed to meeting, exceeding and anticipating the needs of patients and team members will perform their duties with a high level of compassion and service to patients and internal customers.

v Answer incoming phone calls (or other communication channels) or making outbound calls striving for first-call resolution for Primary Care appointment scheduling, canceling, rescheduling, patient registration and documentation.

v Identify patient/customer needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide solutions for Primary Care scheduling at first contact.

v Follows call processing guidelines with a high level of accuracy.
