Work Location: In Office, Hartland, WI Compensation: \$124,000-\$196,000 Job Purpose: The Director of Organizational Development is a strategic leader who plays a crucial role in fostering a positive work environment, enhancing employee engagement, and driving organizational growth and effectiveness through comprehensive talent management initiatives. The Director will provide oversight to and support for the HR team and will lead efforts in succession planning, employee development, and performance management to ensure alignment with the organization\'s goals and values. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Honor Commitments: Develop and implement talent management strategies that align with organizational objectives and honor commitments to employee growth and development. Ensure fair and equitable performance management processes are in place to honor commitments to employee feedback and recognition. Create Positive Experiences: Cultivate a positive work environment through effective communication, employee engagement initiatives, and responsive HR policies and practices. Foster Lifelong Learning: Lead efforts in succession planning to identify and develop high-potential employees for future leadership roles, fostering a culture of lifelong learning and career growth. Collaborate with department heads to assess training needs, develop training plans, and coordinate learning opportunities to enhance employee skills and competencies. Exhibit a Pioneering Spirit: Working closely with the JX Talent Acquisition Team, develop innovative approaches to recruiting and retention strategies, leveraging new technologies and best practices to attract top talent and maintain a competitive edge in the market.
