| member of the | |
| interdisciplinary treatment | |
| team. | |
| - Provides clinical therapy | |
| services and emergency | |
| services to consumers and | |
| their families. | |
| - Demonstrates working | |
| knowledge of consumers and | |
| diagnoses for each. Develops | |
| treatment planning based on | |
| individual. | |
| - Ensures goals and objectives | |
| for consumers are specific, | |
| time-limited, and measurable. | |
| - Monitors class census and | |
| provides weekly report of | |
| census to supervisor. | |
