This is a Staff Engineer position with a company located in* *Hattiesburg, MS.
Summary*: *This Manager is responsible for the success of the team in addition to contributing to the objectives of the AHU Business.
They will have technical, commercial and schedule responsibilities for the team and will coordinate activities with Manufacturing, Engineering, and programing.
This position is a blend of working Designer/PO Lead, Project Manager, Coach, Supervisor and Facilitator.
Duties and Responsibilities: Lead by example, challenge, coach and elevate your team. Maintain metrics to drive cost, quality and deliver. Apply sound Design processes. Collaborate with teams to gain support, knowledge & resources. Execute multiple projects, provide guidance and priorities. Clearly communicate within your team and to the AHU business. Influence and guide the AHU business.
Job Specifications or Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field of study. Minimum of 10 years' experience in AHU design or in a related field. Great leadership skills with a proven record of developing people and building teams. Approximately 10% travel, some international travel may be required.
