Position Purpose and Objectives:Under the direction of the Shipping Manager, the Packer is responsible for fulfilling orders by arranging inventory and preparing for shipment. The Packer would need to interpret order invoices to determine which items are to be shipped out along with performing quality control assessments and stacking items safely and securely in the right packaging.This position requires individuals to work indoors and outdoors in all weather and lighting conditions. This includes sun, rain, snow, cold, heat, etc. The work environment is usually noisy and may be performed while exposed to chemicals and odors commonly associated with printing.
