Location: You will be based in Hebburn, and you would have the option to work remotely for 2-3 days per week supporting Projects and Servicing activities.
You’ll make a difference by:
Support delivery of outstanding EHS performance across all work sites.
Support delivery of an EHS-driven culture by actively engaging with employees and contractors at all levels and influencing behaviour.
Provide EHS advice, considering changing business needs and technological advancements, to ensure effective risk control.
Support delivery of conformance with EHS requirements through the management of an externally certified management system (ISO 14001, 45001, and 50001).
Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to share best practices and elevate EHS standards.
Lead incident investigations and share lessons learned to continuously improve our safety performance.
Support the development of and implementation of EHS risk-based strategies to enhance safety performance in key risk areas.
Support compliance with EHS training and competency requirements and deliver induction training.
Identify digitalisation opportunities to meet future EHS needs of the business.
You’re excited to build on your existing expertise, including:
NEBOSH General Certificate
Investigation experience
Auditing experience
Member of IOSH or working towards
A UK Driving Licence for occasional travel between Siemens and customer sites
