KeyMe LLC seeks a Technical Support Engineer I in Hebron, KY. Duties: Troubleshoot and resolve kiosk issues, Build tools to gather helpful data across kiosks and assist in quality resolution of critical issues: Field Kiosks: troubleshooting and calibrating kiosks to maintain maximum kiosk fleet uptime; Refurbishment - Assists refurbishment team in diagnosing, upgrades and calibration of kiosks; Manufacturing - Debugging and calibrating newly built kiosks on the manufacturing line; Process improvements - Design and implementation; Maintain and document new and current technical support standard operating procedures; Writing scripts: Create and design new software tools for internal teams of KeyMe (Operations, Sales Operations and other departments); and Software deployment: Assist in software deployment to the fleet of kiosk machines. Telecommuting permitted from anywhere in the US. Position requires a Bachelor's Degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Computer engineering or related field. Must have knowledge of the following gained via coursework or work experience: Linux Command line or equivalent experience; Bash scripting or equivalent experience; System log analysis; Technical Troubleshooting and Root Cause analysis; and Experience with a ticketing system or CRM.
