Day to Day Responsibilities:
Optical surface treatment process development, including anti-reflection (AR) and anti-glare (AG), both additive (coating) and subtractive (etching) processes
Optical characterization/measurement/analysis
New AR/AG product development
Helping solve manufacturing issues in AR/AG processes, including process control, yield improvement, defect analysis/reduction, etc.
Supporting customer problem-solving activities by working with commercial teams
Expected travel <25%
Education & Experience
Solid background in thin film coating and/or optical physics
Extensive experience in process development, optical analysis and characterization/measurement
Required Skills
Familiar with PVD coating equipment, spectrometer, ellipsometry and related equipment
Hands-on in designing and performing experiments independently, data collection/analysis
Good communication skills. Good at working with team of diverse background
