As an Implementation Manager , you’ll lead transformative Quick Service POS system installations, ensuring every project is executed seamlessly and leaves a lasting impression.
What You’ll Be Doing:
As an Implementation Manager , you will oversee the complete implementation journey of Oracle POS systems for food and beverage clients, ensuring flawless execution every step of the way.
Lead the Charge: Manage multiple Quick Service POS implementation projects, providing technical leadership and resource oversight to deliver success on every project.
Your Team, Your Guidance: Direct and guide a team of experts, managing client site product installations and daily activities during the installation process.
Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for both customers and internal teams. You’ll tackle any project escalations head-on, ensuring smooth communication and timely problem-solving.
Be the Architect of Success: Oversee project scope, collaborating with stakeholders to make any necessary adjustments. Your leadership ensures that projects stay on track, delivering exceptional results.
Financial Stewardship: Keep a close eye on project financials, ensuring that all data is accurate and that the project stays within budget.
Travel and Expense Management: Monitor and control travel requirements, ensuring alignment with project budgets and company guidelines.
Sales Collaboration: Assist in sales estimations with your technical insight, offering expert advice and aligning Oracle products to customer needs.
Always On Track: Monitor the health of projects and provide proactive direction to keep everything on schedule and within the established plan. When the project needs a course correction, you’ll be ready to adjust.
Risk Management Master: Anticipate risks and navigate the project through them, aligning decisions with Oracle’s risk profile and maintaining momentum.
What We’re Looking For:
We need a strategic thinker who thrives in high-pressure environments, and has the experience and skills to manage complex projects.
Industry Leadership: You’ll be overseeing the Food & Beverage Global Industry Unit consulting team, managing large-scale projects from start to finish.
Proven Problem Solver: You bring a wealth of experience in project management, strategic thinking, and analytical problem solving.
Strong Communicator: Your ability to manage relationships with both internal teams and external clients is paramount.
Adaptable & Results-Driven: You understand how to deliver results when resources are shared across competing priorities, and you know how to make things happen.
Confident in the Spotlight: You can confidently present and address steering committee review boards and high-level project stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Industry Experience: 7+ years in the Food and Beverage sector, preferably in a supervisory or management capacity.
Leadership Experience: Proven success in managing clients and leading project teams, particularly in a customer-facing role.
Oracle POS Experience: A background with Oracle POS is a huge plus!
Education: A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
Tech-Savvy: Expertise with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other essential tools.
Travel Ready: Willing to travel up to 50% as needed.
Organized & Deadline-Driven: You know how to prioritize multiple tasks and stay on top of deadlines.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $56,300 to $112,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
