Main responsibilities will include:

  • Perform on-site technical support including installations, repairs, and certifications according to SLAs.

  • Investigate, diagnose, and fix technical issues remotely, ensuring minimal customer inconvenience.

  • Prioritize and complete field corrective actions and preventive maintenance within defined timelines.

  • Maintain accurate administrative records and ensure optimal operational efficiency.

  • Manage personal car stock and escalate issues as per procedure to ensure quality compliance.

  • Explain service contract details to customers, highlighting benefits and pricing.

  • Conduct pre-installation checks and inform customers of necessary actions to minimize complications.

  • Focus on customer satisfaction, detecting needs, and communicating opportunities for business expansion.

About you:

  • Engineering degree or extensive relevant experience.

  • Skilled logical problem solver, able to work independently.

  • Proficient in corrective and preventative maintenance of complex laboratory equipment.

  • Adaptable across diverse product ranges, recognizing new technologies.

  • Dedicated to delivering high levels of customer service.

  • Competent in IT with a valid driving license.

  • Proficient in English and in another Nordic language.
