Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical manufacturing equipment within a production facility that houses fabrication machinery, machining, punch and laser equipment, and a water treatment plant.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair 110v - 480v electrical systems, 12v and 24v panels and wiring.

• Perform basic PLC troubleshooting.

• Conduct mechanical repairs on hydraulics, pneumatics, transfer conveyors, thermal ovens, machining centers.

• Perform preventative maintenance including oiling and greasing machinery, inspections, moving machines, fabrication, welding, and general maintenance tasks.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience, with 5+ years preferred.

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Experience with older machinery and troubleshooting.

• Ability to work independently after training.

• Respirator fit test required (clean shaven for correct fit).

• Nice to have: Armada punch or brake press experience, HAAS vertical machining, and PLC ladder logic troubleshooting and minor editing.

• Bonus but not required: induction welding knowledge.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $72800.00/yr.
