Job Title: Contracts Manager

Job Description

Provide hybrid (in-person/work from home) advice on contract management and policy compliance matters. Initiate, track, and monitor contract changes, deliverables, correspondence, and risks, maintaining associated documentation. You will respond to complex inquiries regarding contract obligations and revisions, manage contractual obligations, prepare and disseminate information about contract status and compliance, and proactively resolve issues and disputes. This role includes acting as a liaison between project teams and legal departments, ensuring efficient and prompt addressing of all legal and contractual matters, and informing the team of contract requirements and monitoring compliance. You will also develop and integrate contract management tools, templates, methods, and processes, and may provide training to relevant personnel.

Job Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Federal Contracts management required

  • Experience with DOD contracts required

  • Cradle-to-grave contracts experience

  • Experience presenting to Executives and COs

  • Proactive issue resolution

  • Strong communication and liaison ability

  • Efficient in monitoring and compliance

  • Training and development skills
