JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
The Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Health at the Penn State College of Medicine, in Hershey, PA, is seeking a Part-Time Human Research Technician to assist the Autism Services, Education, Resources, and Training Collaborative (ASERT) program with the following:
Collaborate in the planning of marketing and/or communications strategy for ASERT
Contribute content to and proofread fact sheets, brochures, articles, newsletters, speaker remarks, web content, social media posts and other internal or external communications
Research best practices, innovative strategies, and emerging trends in dissemination of information through ASERT's digital channels
Coordinate and execute marketing and/or promotional communications and campaigns across print, electronic, social media, new/emerging media, and other modalities in accordance with the unit's approved strategic marketing plan and objectives
Support community events to promote the work of ASERT and foster relationships with key stakeholder groups across the state
Monitor, track, and communicate with management the analytics of website and digital traffic including the status of campaigns, dissemination strategies, news, and media presence
Support with the migration and formatting of digital resources to a new website platform
Ensure compliance with accessibility standards, contractual obligations, confidentiality and privacy policies, and style and standard guidelines
