The Job:
As a Sales Coordinator you will be part of the Outdoor team working as a hybrid employee . You will execute efficient and accurate order management. Support internal and external customers. Resolve shipping and order related issues. Manage an efficient and cost-effective shipping process for outdoor power equipment from SBD and third-party facilities to our Independent Dealers. Work cross-functionally to develop, execute, and manage distribution programs. You will also get to:
Order Management: Enter and release whole goods orders, review whole goods orders and work with sales team to optimize orders when needed and monitor on hold orders, work with sales and credit teams to resolve.
Dealer and Sales Team Support: Work cross-functionally with internal and external teams to resolve order and shipping related issues and answer questions about order programs.
Distribution: Manage an efficient and cost-effective shipping process, support the Independent Retail distribution strategy implementation, monitor and manage correct inventory levels at third-party distribution points and work cross-functionally to develop, implement, and manage dealer and distributor freight programs.
The Person:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration.
3+ years of related work experience.
Computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook).
Experience working in ERP systems strongly preferred.
Experience with handling phone calls from internal and external parties.
