Well established manufacuring company is looking for a forklift operator. This is for a growing company with great pay and benefits. Responsibilities
Operate forklift safely and efficiently to load, unload, and move products and materials.
Perform shipping and receiving duties, including verifying shipments and documentation.
Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and condition, reporting any discrepancies or damages.
Prepare and package products for outgoing shipments according to company standards.
Maintain accurate records of inventory and shipments.
Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and follows safety protocols.
Collaborate with warehouse staff and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience as a forklift operator and in shipping and receiving.
Valid forklift certification.
Knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management.
Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Basic computer skills for inventory and shipping documentation.
