The Business Operations Manager is responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of the salon. Optimize salon operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery for clients, oversee inventory, and maintain a positive and productive work environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the beauty industry, strong leadership skills, and an aptitude for solving problems. Provide leadership and support to nail technicians and other staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling. Assist with daily business operations of the nail salon and ensure all safety protocols are followed. Monitor inventory level and order nail supplies as needed. Promote nail care services and salon products on social media. Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction through quality service.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree (foreign equivalent accepted) in business and two years' experience as an operations manager, market analysts, or related required. Experience must include experience in sales promotion to increase business revenue, social media marketing, sales data and competitive analysis, pricing review and adjustment, business planning and expansion, vendor negotiation, and sales/inventory forecast
