Job Description
Core responsibilities
Be responsible for novelty introduction, equipment implementation, production line layouts and Packing of LEGO Manufacturing Vietnam.
Lead daily operations of NPI department on both new production introduction and new platform implementation, according to manufacturing diary, site monthly and annual plans.
Be the owner and responsible for the planning and managing of the NPI department budget.
Drive continuous improvements of production processes and equipment
Execute the projects to increase the factory capacity, replace the production equipment, improvements, transition, etc.
Provide technical and management support to the production capacity management initiatives for the LEGO Manufacturing Vietnam, including layout overall management as well as timely input to site capacity planning process
Actively join & build up global connections boosting best practice sharing and benchmark, which involves networks and communities across sites.
Set the routings to novelties, provide technical support and execute the rollout of new processes for novelty products.
Strive to set example in behavior within people safety/people health and produced quality.
Challenge and improve constructively at all existing processes and behavior.

Thisrole willsupport manufacturing and production functions by providing engineering expertise during the production process. Italsohelps optimize manufacturing processes, troubleshoot issues, and ensure efficient and cost-effective production of new products.
Do you have what it takes?
Bachelor in engineering, or industrial Engineering would be an advantage
Minimum 10 years of engineering experience, 3 years in management level & above
Experience of Project, and actively involved in hands-on trouble shooting
Be able to read drawings, use general analysis / reporting tools
High awareness of stakeholder management and communication
Attention to details, structured and independent with high flexibility
