French Consulting IACS Registrar in Hohenfels, Germany

We are looking for people who want to join our Team in Hohenfels, Germany .

 

JOB OPENING

  • Title :  IACS Registrar

  • Location :  Hohenfels, Germany

  • Start Date :  Immediately

  • Job-Type: Part-Time On-Call (PTOC) = Substitute and replacement personnel for planned and unplanned absences at the IACS administrative office. Personnel should be available on short notice.

    SUMMARY

    IACS registrars provide customer service and direction to the USAG Community members.  Additionally, registrars are required to process access roster lists for individuals requiring access on-post for special occasions and other on-post functions .  A registrar will also implement and understand all U.S. Army regulations about the IACS Project  and w ork with the DES/PMO to ensure information and submissions are completed accurately.

    JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Knowledge in customer service (minimum one year)

  • Issue DBIDS Cards (Defense Biometric Identification System)

  • Perform administrative duties

  • Process access roster list

  • Basic data entry

    QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School Diploma

  • US citizen over 18 years old

  • Pass a criminal background check

  • Experience in customer service administration

  • US ID card holder with base access and SOFA privileges
