Job Description
Pay Range $30-35/hour
This is a full time, hourly position that reports to the Manager of the Guest Services Information Technology Product Team. The position will perform various functions including: data analysis, system analysis, system administration, system testing, system certification, and quality assurance within a Product & project teams. The product/system is Oracle Hospitality Cruise Property Management System, formerly known as Fidelio Cruise.

Skills and Requirements
Proficiency with MS Excel, including Vlookup and Pivot tables
Proficiency in generating complex SQL queries and scripts. Primarily Oracle.
Knowledge of SQL and ability to create complex ad-hoc statements involving large datasets OHC FMS or OHC SPMS or Fidelio Cruise experience at Admin level 3+ years
Reporting experience, preferably with Crystal Reports, or other technologies that interface with databases null
