Continuous Improvement Coordinator Description The TSUBAKI name is

industry. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The essential duties
and responsibilities of this job are included but not limited to this
job description -other tasks may be assigned and expected to be
performed. Manage projects that will deliver savings year over year.
Track performance Identify and facilitate process improvement projects,
training/ workshops to drive cultural change. Conduct root cause
analysis to determine metrics, troubleshoot manufacturing/ business
issues, material flow, project plans, production capacity, and create
process documentation. Lead, train and coach cross functional teams to
implement cost savings programs and embrace lean culture change.
Interface with manufacturing personnel to improve existing processes,
increase safety and solve any ergonomic concerns. Use creativity and
innovative approaches to solve complex problems. Facilitate Kaizen
events. Implement 5S, SMED, Value Stream Mapping and Standard Work
Projects. Other tasks/functions as assigned. Requirements 3-5 Related
Experience Demonstrated Team Building, Project Management, Continuous
Improvement Bachelor\'s Degree Preferred Six Sigma / Black Belt
