Witman Properties is a growing company and is in need of an
administrative assistant for the landscaping department. Prior
experience in landscaping or property management is not necessary but
experience in data entry, or administrative work is necessary. This is a
full time position of 40 hours a week. The working hours are 8:00-4:30
Monday - Friday. The landscape administrator is an important position
for the company that involves billing timesheets, mowsheets, prune
sheets, spring clean up sheets, fall clean up sheets, landscaping budget
plans, and trash removal. Responding to emails from other staff members
or clientele. The landscape administrative assistant will also be
responsible for reaching out to clientele with open balances that are
overdue, preparing reports. Additional tasks may be added throughout
employment. Workflow -Respond to emails from all staff members and
clientele -Review and transcribe paper timesheets into billing system to
prepare for billing **Compare to paper timesheets to field pictures
that the technician took while in the field. ***To then compare the
paper timesheet, to field pictures, and to what they put on the google
sheet. -Transfer the data from the billing sheet to either quickbooks,
or appfolio depending on the clients relationship with us. -Reaching out
to receivables with open balances -Billing landscape budget plans
-Billing all google sheet projects -Entering new customer data into
quickbooks/google sheets. Platforms that we use: -Google Sheets -Google
Docs -Quickbooks -Appfolio Compensation to start between
\$17.00-\$19.00/hr, depending on experience. We offer PTO, health
