Manufacturing Engineering Technician - HLK Description The TSUBAKI name

industry. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The essential duties
and responsibilities of this job are included but not limited to this
job description - other tasks may be assigned and expected to be
performed. Work closely with supervisors to evaluate employee
troubleshoot and setup skills in assigned areas to identify specific
training needs for skills development. Take on supervising roles and
responsibilities when area supervisors/managers are out of the office or
as needed to support on time delivery and labor utilization. Work with
Manufacturing Engineering to develop training materials and plans.
Assist with the onboarding, training, and development of new employees
within the All Production, Setup and Operate job classification as well
as other possible areas. Maintain process documentation and training
materials in organized and accessible formats. Help develop and
implement more formal work standards designed to improv all related
department KPI\'s. Involvement in the planning and execution of
continuous improvement initiatives. Create and maintain visible and
effective cross-functional working relationships. Responsible for
building relationships with vendors and maintaining adequate inventory
of necessary materials, parts and other necessary tool room related
items required for uninterrupted operation of assigned areas. Identify
opportunities for new materials or technologies, and/or diversify
vendors that may lead to cost savings. Support Manufacturing Engineers
with research and development of strategies towards flexible factory
goals. Support Manufacturing Engineers with research, development, and
implementation of machines refurbishment. Support Manufacturing
Engineers with investigations into manufacturing abnormalities and
determine root cause, suggest countermeasures. Ensure projects are
completed on time. Assist department supervisors and Manufacturing
Engineers in improving our system of production control, standard
operating procedures, work instructions, quality control and training
and overall efficiencies. Continuously evaluated manufacturing processes
to make improvements that impact People, Safety, Quality, Delivery,
Cost. Other tasks/functions as assigned. Requirements High School
Diploma or equivalent required. 10+ years of relevant experience in
Accounting/Finance/Computing Any manufacturing related certificates or
adequate assembly related work experience. Practical organizational
skills, effective communication and demonstrational skills, Critical
thinking, relationship building/management. Strong working knowledge of
machining and blueprint reading, knowledge of metal manufacturing
processes, strong knowledge of our products. Microsoft Office, QAD, IQS,
